How do win a game but lose it
Please someone explain how I won a game 4-2 to only lose 3-0 in the standing. Now the connection have be trash since this problem. EA NEEDS TO FIX THIS AND GIVE ME MY WIN.

I lost connection after the game was over and I doesn't happen often. I'm hard Wired in

Since it doesn't happen often, that sounds like it would be related to your connection. Have you tried any troubleshooting yet? If not, run through the steps here to see if it improves. Unfortunately, we're not able to modify your record.
Y'all need to do better then that. A win is a win. You guys can do things to fix it but you refuse to. What a joke whats the point of have devs in a forum if y'all aren't will to fix the issues players have. Not like I'm asking for 1 million in coins or a all 99 team just what was earned. So I would appreciate compensation. Just like any thing else in this world when you earn something.
They don’t care at all bud I have a tool of 11 loses due to the same thing winning or won the game and get kicked from server mid game winning or kicked from server after a win in return I gotten 11 0-3 loses thanks to the awesome server EA has this has been happening for years and still happens each year and they try and say it’s your connection but the truth is they know of this for years but never fixed they only care about how much they can suck money out of us. This is my last ever time getting EA’s NHL hockey main reasons getting loses after wins or winning games and the Hut mode is just pure a cash crab paying for coins for a arena, jersey numbers and not having a true feeling your playing in a home town they got SB logo instead of the team logo on the middle of the ice so said very disappointing to face. Team that dose not have gold arena so your stuck playing in Covid rink how fun EA you got no anti cheat or reporting system for people who pull the plug or know how to leave games they are losing or have lost they disconnected and you get an error that you lost connection to EA server and after you re enter the game list you get. Lose 0-3 when you won 5-0 it’s not worth the money EA if you get report cheaters and hackers and people using bugs in the game to win no mater what. And when you get something that’s sellable and tradeable you take it from your paying customers and give them a non sellable version how nice. Your packs you list for sale says all items are 91+ but when you open the pack it’s not all 91+ like what you listed to me that’s false advertisement and to me that is called fraud. Never buying a EA’s again same trash games for the past 5years if not longer great job Killing a franchise EA’s not worth a penny from me again.
