How do win a game but lose it
Please someone explain how I won a game 4-2 to only lose 3-0 in the standing. Now the connection have be trash since this problem. EA NEEDS TO FIX THIS AND GIVE ME MY WIN.

Y'all need to do better then that. A win is a win. You guys can do things to fix it but you refuse to. What a joke whats the point of have devs in a forum if y'all aren't will to fix the issues players have. Not like I'm asking for 1 million in coins or a all 99 team just what was earned. So I would appreciate compensation. Just like any thing else in this world when you earn something.

Community ManagerWe're not aware of any issues on our end that is causing disconnects. If that is found, we'll provide an update. Until then, there's nothing else we can do except connection troubleshooting.
That does not fix the fact I lost a hut championship game that I clearly won not only did it drop my rank it knocked me out the top 100 how are y'all going to fix my problem. I wish to be compensated for the mistake on EA part

It's not a problem on our end that caused you to disconnect. If that changes, we'll make an announcement. The best I can do currently is troubleshoot your connection. Let me know if you want to do that.
There have been on a few occasions, where the game crashes and the Something went wrong with the game title comes up. It then gives you the option to report the incident or not. This is obviously a problem from the games side and not the players. So if problems such as this are happening. I'm sure that on occasion the game getting dropped is also from the game side. Just too many players complaining about this. I'm sure its not because they all have faulty connections. Blame it on a system overload. But put the onus where it belongs. The Game.
