How to get a hold of ea help

I’ve been making cases and they have been saying waiting in player but I have no emails regarding my cases so idk how to move forward am I supposed to telepathically tell them I’m ok with them going in my account and adding my coins and cards also it’s not like they have my phone number they can literally only contact my email so the fact that I haven’t got an email is beyond me ea help needs to go back to its old ways it was fine like 2 month ago it’s horrible now I’ve had these cases for like a week now and still haven’t got them resolved starting to lose patience
