How Will TOTS Week 3 work?

With the 2nd week of TOTS underway, many of us are grinding away at our objectives and playing the auction house to try and build ourselves a TOTS card. With many of us also hedging our bets & trying to consider every possible option to get the best player for our respective squads, I & many others, I'm sure, would love to know:

Is week 3 of TOTS going to have another line of buildable MSP players like this week & last? 

It would feel unfair for the playerbase to not know if they have the opportunity to save another week and build a week 3 player, or if this is the last chance to *build* a TOTS via the 91 x 15 sets.
