Hello EA,
I just played my 10th game in overtime and won against my opponent. However, right after the match ended, I received a message saying I was disconnected from the EA servers—and the game recorded it as an overtime loss. Because of this, I lost the Nick Antropov card.
It's incredibly frustrating that something like this can happen, especially after putting in so much time and effort. Lately, playing the game feels more stressful than enjoyable.
I would really appreciate an explanation or some kind of compensation. Thank you.
Hello. I'm sorry to say, we don't have compensation available when disconnecting. The best we could do is go through some troubleshooting. Which, should be done if this happens regularly.
