For all 3 crashes, it was mid game and the screen went black then ~15 seconds later I was back at the Xbox home page. When I re-launched the game it had to completely re-boot.

No error message, just a complete crash. You might be able to find logs on your server or my Xbox that could help you debug.

Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
