Hut xp level stuck!!

Seriously, I'm lost as to getting anyone to address this.

 My xp level is stuck.  I've now claimed all of XP week 4 and 5 objectives and playing over 100+  online games (rivals and champs) with zero xp being credited nor the level rewards that I would have generated thus trying to generate any coins is a joke because obviously I'm Not receiving any the xp rewards.

Some of my frustration would be omitted just hearing from anyone at EA, acknowledging this as a bug.  Id appreciate anyone else feedback on this issue including any alternative options for whatever is  appropriate way getting ea to address this.
