I got Regehr instead of Tkachuk in my Champs rewards

I experienced the reverse of that duplicate Champs Tkachuk issue from this past Wednesday and got a duplicate Regehr after claiming my Season 13 rewards today.

Customer Support wasn't helpful at all and just directed me back to the page to create a case when we were already chatting in the active case. Their second suggestion was to post here, which seemed obvious at the point they wouldn't be able to help resolve this at all.
