Icon Passing - EASHL Clubs

Does anyone know why every single game we join we have to press start and turn on icon passing in clubs. Not to mention that there is no option to turn on skill based one-timers visual in the menu when you are playing on your clubs team. I played drop in today for another club and was able to turn on both so why cant I do this when I play for my own club. We are 5 months into the life of the game and a key feature that was advertised is not available for a game mode? Kind of ridiculous
