Moments cards, or at least most of them, seem to be outside of the normal progression cards. Many moments cards are the the same or lower overall than the player's previously released card. I don't know the reason for that. I just wanted to say that this issue exists for many cards, especially Moments cards, and not just for one card. And it has nothing to do with sets.
