I'm missing my fantasy card

I put the collectibles in for matthew knies two weeks ago probably it didn't make the card and it took my collectibles ive contacted ea help and they told me I would get helped about 10 times now and I still haven't received the card I don't know what else to do because it costed me alot of my cards.
