Interference penalty not being called
Is it just me or there’s often time my llayers get hit by the other team without having the puck and there’s no penalty called????

Community ManagerHe there. It's possible they were hit with incidental contact. You can still knock down players if strong enough contact is made without throwing a hit. That won't cause an interference call.
Its the incidental contacts that are and have always been called. Offline play. SBs for an example. Interference calls are always away from the play, mostly generated by the AI. Since we have control over one player at any given time. What transpires with the other 9 forward/defensive players, is controlled by the AI. It is understandable that certain elements have been injected into the game, to make it somewhat more realistic. However. The interference penalty way over exceeds those interactions, usually resulting in the penalty being called against the player, rather than the AI. Like I stated in this reply. The game has to be restructured to show an understanding of what constitutes interference. As it sits now, and has for past years. The penalty is a nuisance,
