Type in EA on your phone or computer. It will show a spot to sign in in English. Below it it has www. Location. Open it. Then choose customer support. It will show a bunch of game titles. Choose NHL25. Open the section that says I am looking for something I bought. Open it. It will give you the option of opening a chat line. Do so, and explain your dilemma.
