Community ManagerHello. Unfortunately, we can't help with this over the EA Forums. You can try opening a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. You shouldn't choose the option for "I need help restoring my progress in the game".
That route is a dead end. The reply is always a robotic negative. Dont even think anyone of human status reads them.

No. It's not a dead end. Humans are responding to cases.
Speaking from personal experience. I have not yet in the two times I utilized this service, been able to have human contact. Its always been a pre adapted script to complete. And in the end. No resolution. Perhaps you have had better luck than I. But like I stated. Robot farm!
