Community ManagerNo. It's not a dead end. Humans are responding to cases.
Speaking from personal experience. I have not yet in the two times I utilized this service, been able to have human contact. Its always been a pre adapted script to complete. And in the end. No resolution. Perhaps you have had better luck than I. But like I stated. Robot farm!
