Yea I noticed that too they missed it I sure they will fix it I have his card too seen the same thing.

I very much doubt they fix it ,most likely it was purposely done 

Been like this the whole year. 

They’ve been doing it all year… McDavid frozen forces was light years better than his X factor, the Kucherov frozen forces was also with his X factor. I think the only time it balances out was the TOTY cards but now they are back to kicking us in the groin for chasing cards that get upgrades. In a way it’s nice that the MSP will stay on your team longer but really the base stats should be the same. If anything should be different just the synergies and abilities. 

Hello. The hologram unlocks a tier when new a new card comes out so that it matches the OVR and includes free abilities.  However, the specific ability stats are not promised to match.

So everyone who grinded for Holograms got scammed, because they should be equal to whatever card comes out of that player 

Holograms have been the biggest scam ever.

There was nothing wrong with the Power Up Icon and X Factor programs before. And then they ruined it.

SIX months without Series 2 X Factors.

Yeah, it is unfortunate that they (the content team) decide to flick a switch and make you grind for Holo cards and XF season 1 McDavid for millions of coins just to give us a big boot to the face and say we changed it without communicating. I am speechless at how this company operates in the shadows with their lack of communication with their hardcore casual players. I've owned an NHL game since the Genesis and starting to wonder if it is time to stop. If my company pulled this we would not be one of the top 4 companies globally! I don't disagree that you can change things. But have the pleasure of communicating with your player base!

Well said my friend......I've asked for an explanation of why Holograms and XFactors don't match the players current card out but gotten no explanation 

Unfortunately, I don't have any further details beyond what I already mentioned. Again, the overall is matching. It was never said we would also match the individual ability ratings.
