Are you EA/NHL devs team adressing this or are we stuck playing a broken game for another year? Higher division hut is just broken and so boring, all I see is this gltich gettign explioted. Please fix it or tell us if you are going to do something or not. So I can either start playing another game or wait for a fix........

Hi fella, its been 4 months and no fix. Where do I have to go/contact to get a refund for this broken full priced game?
Community ManagerMany of us have adapted to being able to shut down these players. That doesn't take away that it's annoying though.
You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
How can you say we have to adapt to a glitch in the game? Our job is the play the game, its EA's job to patch/update/improve their product.
Community ManagerI understand that. What I'm saying is that I doubt this will be fixed for NHL 25 so adapting to it is the best way to defend it.
