Lag and control issues

Since being able to get back in from the PSN issue, the gameplay has gotten significantly awful. Lack of control, not changing players at all or not changing to players near the puck/play when hitting the appropriate controller command, a sort of lag/players taking more time to perform actions, etc. Is this due to some update or is it still related to the PSN issue?

Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
