Lost player from sets
Hi I made byram in the origins set than I put him in the fan collection set and he disappeared after that I tried resetting my game and ps5 but can’t find him anywhere any help would be much apprecia...

Community ManagerHi there. I'm not sure which set you put them in. I don't see a fan collection set. Regardless, if you have accidentally submitted an item in a set, we're not able to reverse that, unfortunately.
I made byram from the origins event. than I put him in the set that that’s called byram fan collection. you put byram and a Colorado logo in the set and your supposed to get both of those back plus a byram fan pack which is just a celebration his number and a jersey. But I did not get my byram back from this set. I done the same thing with matthews and I received all my items back

Are you absolutely positive you can't find him? You should see him in your collection. Go to My Collection and hit Y/Triangle to search for Origins items.
