Lottery

I think its about time that EA gets off this lottery mentality regarding packs and their contents. The value of packs is no where near the actual content value. The ridiculous odds that have been generated are a complete joke. This is a Game. Not a casino. Besides people who have chosen to go down the route of actually buying packs. What does EA gain from those that don't. They manipulate the game by over producing way too many varieties of sets of cards. The intent is obviously the lure to buy. If a player doesn't have the significant amount of coins to purchase a said pack. The option of purchase is right there waiting. Its why you see packs with greater chances of obtaining a decent card, so outrageously priced. Its the enticement of, if we keep costs high. Hopefully they will purchase. The current content value of any pack is roughly half or less of the cost of purchase. And the non tradeable BS is just another manipulative way to control the affordability of obtaining coins through sale to purchase higher priced packs. This franchise has now become the Candy Crush of sports venues.

One of the few W store packs was the one that cost 315k and had Syl Apps in it. Beast of a card and endgame stats, love him.

And it cost you 315k for a card whose value is what? My post was about no value per cost. That card you acquired is good now. But what about in a months time when other cards exceed his ratings, and his value plummets like a rock in water. You won't get back a tenth of that initial investment. The packs are over priced. The content is sub par.

Sadly I think the addiction in this game as far as upgrading changes weekly cause there is always something you want but also everyone wants more content. I think this may be having them change packs and players you may want more frequently as well forcing you to focus on hopefully one of the 2 your chasing. Just another incentive to get you to want to buy something as the amount of earnable coins is near useless. Plus the value of the cards from the events are as close to useless as possible without making them absolutely useless. It’s feeling like the playoffs are being used to make people spend money to upgrade. Especially with this playoff event where the cards upgrade via goals as it’s by far the best event I’ve seen in my small amount of playing hut.

tldr: more content is gonna equal more packs they want real money for
