Mike Gartner warp speed token missing?

Is it just me or are there only 4 token available to be earned instead of 5. I can only get him to a 90 and the max is 91, i'm not seeing any other ways to earn a token. Please let me know if anybody...

There are 5 tokens: 3 in objectives, 1 in moments and 1 in Wildcard.
