Misrepresentation

I am just following up on a previous post, where that individual got a misrepresented pack. I opened a 15 for 15 pack and got an 83 Josh Morrisey  card in it. The pack identifies with 84 being the lowest card attainable at 100%. Not sure why or how this is happening. Perhaps it should be looked into. Its not a big deal but. You should receive what your paying for.
