Moments and OT
Hello, I went to OT on the final Heatley 2 goal moment, but Heatley wasn't on the ice for OT. Any reason why some moments do not include the corresponding player on the ice during OT? Thanks

Community ManagerI was told we couldn't force a player on the ice in OT when this came up for a previous moment. Most likely, it would require a patch. Those take several weeks because patches always include fixes for multiple issues. Unless it's something critical, we're not going to release a patch for a single issue. I'm trying to get some more details on this. If I do, I'll provide an update.
Edit: I have confirmed that this would require a patch. I know it sounds simple, but it's a pretty significant amount of work. The team is looking into other options to see if we can get Heatley on the ice for OT.
Thanks for the response. I was under the impression that you can't do anything about it at all, so it's nice to hear that you can actually do something about it. I hope you will either fix it in a patch of find another way to fix it.
I don't know when the next patch is going to be released, or if there are even going to be any more patches for NHL 25, but speaking of patches, we are still waiting for the autofill and multi-select issues to be fixed. Do you have an update on the situation with those issues? I feel like it has been quite a long time since the last time you talked about them.

I don't have an update on these, unfortunately. I don't know if they will be resolved for NHL 25.
