NHL 25 Collectibles Feedback

Hey EA, I really hope you see this message. 

Ive been playing this game since nhl 14, in the past couple of years I’ve played countless hours of HUT. This year I couldn’t play as much until now due to the lack of time during the season. I’ve recently been playing and noticed how buggy this new game is. The One timers are not as overpowered as people say they are, as I seen them more inconsistent. For example my goalie 89 markstrom a very solid goalie in this game, when playing a 85 overall markstrom, seems to give up way more then the 85 ovr, for example when Im taking one timers with 90-92 overall players and 1-10 goes in, and the person I’m playing scores 1-3 with 85-88 overall players. I’m also seeing a lack of collectible sets, there is no place to turn in your old collectibles, even taking 5 random collectibles and turning it in for one of those 5x 79+ packs would suffice. Back to the game side of things the penalties are inconsistent and there is a lot of hooking animations going around with no call. By no means should I out shoot and out play a person consistently and loose, including a major team overall difference. The back skating is still in the game hence players finding new ways for everything. All I ask is that for nhl 26, you give players the option to technical test early on in the summer, seriously listening in to there feedback and finding the issues and resolving them. I feel there is plenty of issues out there and no one responds. I have countless complaints about this game but can’t think of them all off the top of my head.
