Can you let us know the correct date? I'm pretty sure it's not 12/17.

And as Phasto said, the Community Request cards should definitely be buildable. The community should be allowed to build the cards that they have requested for.

And I'm pretty sure there is one guy who would like to request for a Martin Fehervary card in case he is for some reason not going to get a Transactions card.
