so I’ve contacted support a few times this year. At this point I’m not sure why you have a support team, because alls we get told is they’ll get back to us…. I bought the starter pack and points never got my pack… then the auction house showed I didn’t win my bids but I never got my coins back… and nothing just got ripped off… this game goes from my all time favourite game, only game I buy yearly to the game i hate playing because it’s now the same as a battle pass and cards are worth nothing

Hey there. I'm very sorry for the rough experience. In the future, if you're missing something and support doesn't help, send me a private message with those details. We need to know about an issue you're having when it happens. When months have passed, it's a lot more difficult to investigate.
Xp path now gives 86 and 87 player packs. Where these should used because new DS event uses 88+ cards?
