Why do the moments for the CHELebration and Origins events give us "fan packs" when in reality those packs only contain one jersey/logo? Why isn't the reward for each moment just an item that is sent to the inbox upon completing the moment?
If the rewards were items that would be sent to the inbox, it would be better in every way, because then the reward descriptions would say clearly what jersey/logo we get for completing each moment, and we wouldn't need to open a pack for just one item. And it should be possible because it has already been done with the 99 Ovechkin moments. And many other moments rewards go to the inbox as well. I know that the items we get from the CHELebration and Origins moments are the ones needed in the event sets, but that should still be made clear with the reward descriptions.
Or alternatively, if you want the rewards to be packs, why not have one or two other items in those packs besides the ones needed in the sets? I mean a "fan pack" is misleading, because it implies that we get more than just one item. For comparison, the fan packs that we get for completing the event sets actually contain more than one item.
If the reward is just one item that isn't random, then that item should be named clearly in the reward description and sent to the inbox upon completing the moment, just like you did with the 99 Ovechkin moments. And if the reward is a pack, but not a random pack, then it should contain more than just one item.
Do you have an explanation for why the moments rewards are like this? It's not a big deal, but it's something that doesn't make any sense to me so I wanted to ask about it.
