Now that there are 99 TBs are we going to see the 98 and 99 tiers on the daily hat trick cards? They should be on pace for 98 but 99 should be unlocked soon too cause why not? Floodgates are open!
they are unlocked at 99ovr
Yes for Couture and Lehner, but not for Weber.

all 3 are upgraded, you probably haven't restarted HUT yet (I had to do the same because my Couture wasn't upgraded)
