What are you waiting for with PUIs? We got 99 overall cards for some iconic players today with the top 3 Gallery of Greats MSPs, so it would have been a very good day for PUI upgrades. But no. Still no 99 overall PUIs in mid August. Players who have never played in the NHL get 99 overall cards (it's nice to get TOTS upgrades though) while some of the best players of all time are still at 97 or 96 overall. It just doesn't make any sense.

And now that you released 4 99 overall Pre-Season cards, and all of them are players who have never played in the NHL, why haven't all TOTS/TOTY/X-Factor upgrade cards in the Pre-Season event been 99 overall? Why have some of them, including some NHL players, been 98 overall? Why not just upgrade all TOTS/TOTY/X-Factor cards (and PUIs as well) to 99 overall in the Pre-Season event instead of leaving some of them at 98 overall? There doesn't even seem to be any logic as to which players get a 99 overall Pre-Season card and which players have to settle for a 98. There is still time to upgrade all of them to 99 though.

Edit: Parekh made his NHL debut in April, but that doesn't change my point at all.
