The Ovr Jump at TotW is surprising, only 1 week after the last one

Since we are near the end of the cycle, would it be possible to get the 94 Ovr set back?

Now it makes no sense to save the cards ... so EA no longer needs to remove a set each time.

I'm pretty sure we'll get a 3x92 for 94 TOTW set next week.

TOTW didn't go up last week. We had 2 TOTWs at 97 overall. But the HUT Champs card went up last week, and since it went up this week as well, it seems like TOTW will also go up next week. I just hope we won't only get a 3x92 for 94 set in the TOTW exchange sets section next week but also a 3x93 for 95 TOTW set.

If the ovr should go up next week, (but why?) the 92-->94 set will be back, but a other one will be removed ... it's just annoying

Ok, no worries. Why I think TOTW overall should go up next week is simply because it has almost always gone up a week after the HUT Champs card. And if not next week, I'm still pretty sure it will go up to 99 at some point in the few remaining weeks of NHL 25 content. I don't believe TOTW cards are going to max out at 98. And when it goes to 99, we will get a 3x92 for 94 TOTW set. And I hope we will also get a 3x93 for 95 TOTW set at that point because that will be the last upgrade to TOTW overall so EA can no longer wait for the next upgrade after that.

Didn't it used to be common that there was no content for the last 2-3 weeks?Wouldn't that mean that we only have a maximum of 2 weeks of content left?

Yes to the first question, but Pre-Season seems to be a 5 week event based on the timers on the store packs and Tage Thompson objectives. Week 5 would start on August 29th which I’m expecting to be the last content day of NHL 25. And the new game will be released a month earlier this year than last year, and I think it makes sense that the content doesn't end that much earlier. And I believe there will be at least one 99 overall TOTW card in NHL 25. I think it would  be strange if TOTW cards maxed out at 98. Why do you think they won't go to 99?
