Not getting the Level 10 XP Path BND pack

On Xbox Series X, and the game crashed out after I hit Level 10 in the XP Path, and it didn't give me the 93 BND XP Choice Pack.  EA_Aljo​ 

Also, much like the rest of folks, have at least 1 HUT Pending Item in my inbox.
