Not receiving HUT Champs Rewards

I got the game about a month ago and just  a few weeks ago while the player to earn was mike modano, I ended up getting 12 wins and never received the 86 ovr Modano or the pack reward. Am I missing ...

    Go to Champs and you'll see something like "past seasons." click on the season that you played and you'll see collect rewards.
