Welcome back!

What exactly happened? I'm not seeing any other reports of losing collectibles. If you go to My Collection and hit Y to search, are you still not able to find them?

Used one to upgrade. Went to upgrade again. Error code popped up brought me to main screen. Went back said I had no collectibles to upgrade. Restarted game about 4 times. Hard reset my Xbox. All gone lol I am over it.
