I opened the XP Season 5 Superior Pack from level 35 of the XP path. According to the description it contains 8 items with a guarantee of 3 - 83+OVR and 3 - 81+OVR. I pulled a logo, an Arena, 4 82OVR, 1 84OVR and 1 89OVR.
Is there anything that can be done about this??

Did the pack specifically say players? Or items? If players. Yeah you should be compensated for their error.
It says "items" in the 2nd pic, so that part is correct. It doesn't guarantee 8 players. It guarantees 8 items, and 6 of those 8 items are guaranteed to be players.
But the overalls of the players are incorrect. The pack included one less 83+ overall player than what was guaranteed according to the description. That part is definitely an error that should be compensated for.
An error is an error. And this one is obviously on EA. But as we all know. They are slow in responding. If they respond at all. EA FIX YOUR MISTAKE!
