The title says 12 random players. But it shows 7 items under cost. So EA which is it? So many things seem to be either non functional, or misleading with this game.
I cross posted from the general hub as I had the same issue. I was able to screen record the pack opening and upload on my post. Hopefully this helps with some resolution.
