In this case I agree with you that the odds are listed in a way that doesn't make sense and the pack description is too vague.
Firstly, why is 92 the highest overall on the list when the pack guarantees a 93 overall player?
And secondly, since the pack guarantees a 93 overall player, it is completely unnecessary to list the odds for 90, 87, 85, 80 or any overall that is lower than the guaranteed 93. The only thing that should be listed is 100% odds for a 93 overall player.
And then the pack description. It says "1x 93 OVR exclusive player and 10x items". But we can see on one of the banners that guaranteed 93 is Jamie Oleksiak and 5 of the 10 "items" are guaranteed to be 81+ overall players. Why are the name of the 93 overall player and the guaranteed 81+ overall players not mentioned in the pack description?
And the description is also contradictory with other pack descriptions, because normally "items" means "not players", but in this case we know that 5 of the 10 "items" are guaranteed to be players.
As for the players vs items question, we know from the banner that 5 of the 10 "items" besides the 93 Oleksiak are guaranteed to be 81+ overall players. That leaves 5 unknown "items". Judging by the vague pack description and the banner, those 5 "items" can be either players or items, and the number of players and items is not always the same, which is why it doesn't say exactly how many players and how many items we get. But it is unclear if this is the case or not, and EA should definitely make it clearer.
