Community ManagerYou're not going to win based solely on a higher ping. At least, not with a difference between 5ms and 40ms. 40 is still a good ping. When it's that high, the difference is the skill between the 2 players. You're more than welcome to get video showing the how 2 games are completely different.
Dude anyone who has ever played this game in higher divisions understands exactly what I'm saying and experiences the exact same thing. Why is EA the only people that don't understand what's happening? Is it “skill” that allows your opponent to win every loose puck battle and take countless bumps without ever losing the puck? Is it his skill after I finally get the puck back I lose it after skating into my opponent's bubble and repeating the process over and over again. Where are the Northeast servers located? Lower ping has a lot more advantages than higher overalls in this game. Why does this billion-dollar company make kids from New York and Pennsylvania connect to a Quebec server constantly? I understand they're the number one market share for this game, but I see no point in playing this game with the clear disadvantage you face online based solely off the company's lack of effort to get more serves and make the online experience more balanced.
