Redeemed hut closer item and it just disappeared when sent from inbox

Have been grinding since NHL 25 came on game pass. Loving all the new additions to HUT even though it’s been a few years since I’ve played.

did countless everything’s to gain packs and cards, with finally enough to trade in and not completely dent my team. Had choice from the current game changing trade in thing with the HUT closer.

traded in all the little pieces I could scrounge together and finally got “Orr” sent to my inbox. I’m grinning ear to ear. I go to my inbox, send to collection. Perfect. Go to full him into my team, he’s not there. I wait a bit. Still nothing. I think maybe he sensed up on the wrong side, checked still nothing. He’s gone, and now I have to start all over again, even if I wanted to grind that again… I don’t have a lot of free play time.  I’m so upset about this and I don’t know where I can turn to for support for this game, so I’ve come here

    Hey bud. Keep scrolling down in your collection. Cards sometimes end up further down and not aligned with their rated number. Use your right bumper to change the page.

    Unfortunately that’s not it at all. Tried autofill onto team (he’s the highest rated card I have by long shot) also looked through every card after, even went to look at the hut closer section to see if it got accidentally added to the collection section there, it’s not there either… :(
