Request for visual fix and AP Increase

Visual issues:

Team of the Season Masters do not have any card animation. Unlike the TOTY or Hologram Icons.

X Factor Crosby and Draisaitl do not have a card glow with electricity behind them. Unlike Makar and Bedard.

Been like 4 months since we saw an increase to AP.
