Rivals Games Not Counting
I’ve played 5 rivals games the last two days and three of them didn’t register. I won 2 of these 3 and no objectives or win/loss has registered. What is causing this to happen? Full game completed each time.

Have you spoken with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?
Also, send me a private message with your PSN ID. I'll see if we can look into this. We're not getting other reports of it so it seems there's either an issue with your connection or account. Tried both of these things, played another game and it didn’t count.

Try clearing the system cache and rebuild the database with the instructions here. If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings with these steps.
Also deleted the game and reinstalled prior.
Did all of that and it still isn’t counting. This is now 4 wins I do not have credit for.

It's possible this is connection related. Are you playing wired or wireless? Also, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

No points and just the three tabs across the top compared to the 4 or 5 there normally are (including points earned for rating and hut champs). Objectives completed also don’t register once leaving the game.
