Rivals/HUT Champs XP issue addressed

Can you get me a screenshot showing you still have the no games remaining text as well as send me a private message with your gamertag? We'll need to investigate your account to find out what's going on. So far, this is the only report I'm seeing so it seems to be related to your account/console.

Do you happen to be game sharing or using multiple accounts?

Im on xbox and i did completely remove the power by unplugging and pressing the power button for few times

We're getting confirmation this is working for others so it seems like it's a cache issue. I know, you've already cleared the cache. Did you clear the system cache with these instructions? Also, did you hard restart your console or just turn it off and on again? 

Rivals. I have the text "No games remaining" on the blue rivals banner.

Which mode did you play that you're not getting XP for?

I did and even rebooted the console + cleared the cache

Try a completely closing down NHL 25 and loading back into it.

You need to increase it so much it doesn't cause issue to anyone. There is no point having limit in general as there is no weekly rewards. If people want 30 wins a week they are gonna play 60-80 matches unless they are like pro players. I have 416 games in rivals only this season and i am still out of games and not gaining XP
