Why is there 0 punishments for people who purposely rank like div 1 players and they purposely lose and get into lower divisions online is unplayable

Community ManagerI get this is frustrating and it's unfortunate it happens. It's also probably pretty difficult to tell whether or not they are purposely losing games to drop divisions unless they're quitting right after the puck drops. We can't exactly force people to stay in D1 though. Regardless, it's understandable that it's frustrating to go up against opponents in lower divisions that should be competing in higher ones.
