This game is dead
The player base has spoken. You haven't fixed anything only made it worse. Can't find a match that's isn't glitching try hards.

Hi. Ok, for context I have gravitated over the years to HUT and strongly prefer that game mode over others, so my experience is specific to the HUT game mode. In a nutshell… this year, the numerous changes that have been made to rewards, player cards and pack prices makes playing HUT less rewarding and keeping a team competitive in HUT above my pay grade. I always have and always will love the game and gameplay itself, I'm just not interested in playing the CPU in other modes.
I do appreciate that you asked and I sincerely hope EA NHL is successful going forward.

Thanks for the feedback. It's very much appreciated. What you're saying echoes feedback we've seen from others. I sincerely hope there are changes in the future that will help alleviate these frustrations.
