Top shelf goals challenge for Panarin collectibles is completely rigged.

They completely rigged empty net goals as well. There is absolutely no way to score top shelf on the empty net in this challenge. I have tried for 10 minutes with the opposing teams goalie pulled and...

I agree this is horrible, so frustrating on pro? Lol I have gotten so many 1 tees multiple in games and the most i have gotten "top shelf" is 2, this is ridiculous and not fun. They just want us to pay for panarin basically which is sad, idk how a young kid would ever beat this.
