Please explain how can I trade in my Adam Fox's Captains card for his TOTs card if it's account bound ....or is this another scam like the Hologram cards

It won't take account bound cards as trade ins. And yeah I agree. Another lowball gimic by this franchise. Unless you use the card. Its value afterwards is useless.
