my personal opinion, this will not be fixed, there will be compensation packs instead at some point.

Besides, it is somehow deserved that the people who glitch every **bleep** will be punished now 🤷‍♂️

The sun has risen it's been up 10hrs here. The ea divs should've sorted it Thurs pm. They were there until 5pm pst time, which gave them ample time to fix this. 

Your comment makes no sense at all! Except perhaps the not fixing the problem at all. That i will agree with. Compensation packs. Lol. Yeah right! 

Just goes to show you how the designers of this game can create problems. But fixing them. Not in their repertoire.

How does my comment not make sense? You expect an update at 4am ... I guarantee nobody from the content team is working at that time.

It's sad that EA took until Season 7 to fix the XP glitch and then created new problems. But the community is not innocent

Where in the statement was a given time mentioned. I stated a timeline. Approximation of when. Why you felt 4 am is what I inferred, beats me. The not making sense was in reference to both the sunrise comment and the pack hand out. The 1st reward is the 91 player choice pack. It was followed by the 3rd being a token for that player pack. If they do not rescind the initial rewards. The player pack cannot be totally completed do to the 1st token reward being expunged. And it has always been 15 tokens total to max out that choice player.

Phasto, Do you know for certain where the devs work from? I have only heard rumors so I won't make any claims on that part.. but what if, just as a thought, they would be working from a completely different time-zone than where you live🤷‍♂️, in that case they might have been working for several hours before you even woke up. Not saying that's how it is, but just a thought. But I ain't here to argue over nothing.✌️

I was talking about the EA devs timezone, NOT mine ... I'm 8 hours ahead. 

EA Sports NHL headquarters is located within the EA Vancouver studio in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. 

This issue isn't worth debating, even though it has. EA screwed up. Their job to remedy the problem. Sunrise,  sunset. Dont really care. Just fix tbe problem.
