When do the Daily Hat Trick Players get an upgrade?

What overall is your Daily Hat Trick player now? The highest available upgrade tier is currently 90 overall, and I was under the impression that it's technically impossible to have enough collectibles to upgrade the player to higher than 90 overall, so I would say that 91 overall will be available when it is technically possible to have enough collectibles for that overall.

I have Robin Lehner at 89. Don't have the option to upgrade to 90

Yeah you're right. Weber and Couture are upgradeable to 90 (if you have enough collectibles), but Lehner doesn't have the 90 overall tier for some reason.
