Why does EA keep forgetting to upgrade Daily Hat Trick Lehner?
Did they give up? The collectibles are there but he is always overlooked when monthly upgrading him.

It’s not just Lehner this time. They haven’t unlocked the 94 overall tier for any of the Daily Hat Trick cards yet even though it was possible to have enough collectibles for 94 overall last weekend.
EA_Aljo You said that you never made a commitment to open the next tier every 20 days, which is true, but what is the reason for that? It doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s not like those are the best cards in the game (they should be significantly better than they are though). It’s far from that. For example Weber’s skating stats are horrible compared to his 92 and 93 overall Corner Stones cards that you released 6 weeks ago. And with the current pace the Daily Hat Trick card will be upgradeable to 99 much later than when we got the Quest for 99 card last year, unless you give us another way to get collectibles for it besides daily objectives.
So what are you waiting for? Why do you not want us to be able to upgrade the card right away when we have enough collectibles to upgrade it? Why do you not want us to be able to upgrade it to 94 when you have released 94 overall MSPs for 5 weeks? And how do you decide when to open the next tier if it’s not every 20 days? Can we please get an explanation?

Unfortunately, I don't have any news on this. We're most definitely aware of the feedback on upgrading these items.

I would still like to ask for a bit of information about those cards.
We know that X-Factor/PUI/TOTY/TOTS cards upgrade when the player gets a new higher overall card and Fantasy Hockey cards upgrade when the player scores a goal in real life. We also knew when PUIs would get their monthly upgrades in previous years (I hope you will bring those monthly upgrades back next year). So I don't understand why there is no information about when Daily Hat Trick cards get a new upgrade tier, assuming that there is at least some kind of reasoning behind it. I also don't understand why they don't get a new upgrade tier every 20 days when each upgrade tier costs 20 collectibles and we can get one collectible per day. And it's not like those cards are ahead of the regular progression of cards. In fact they are behind the regular progression. It just doesn't make sense and I don't understand what you are waiting for.
Is it really so that you just randomly decide when to open the next tier without any kind of reasoning behind it? Or why can't you let us know anything about it?

I really don't have any details I can give you. I understand you guys want them to upgrade sooner and I have let the team know. We never gave any kind of cadence as to when they would be upgrading. We never said they would always remain ahead of or in-line with the regular progression. They will upgrade over time. That's the best I can tell you.
