Why does EA keep forgetting to upgrade Daily Hat Trick Lehner?

Did they give up? The collectibles are there but he is always overlooked when monthly upgrading him.

I really don't have any details I can give you. I understand you guys want them to upgrade sooner and I have let the team know. We never gave any kind of cadence as to when they would be upgrading. We never said they would always remain ahead of or in-line with the regular progression. They will upgrade over time. That's the best I can tell you.

NO, that is NOT what we want

It takes 20 days to collect 20 collectibles ... all we want is to be able to upgrade these cards every 20 days.

It's not about being able to do this in 15 days or so

Currently we collect collectibles every day that are absolutely worthless because the upgrades are not available.

The 20 required collectibles were already reached 1 week ago
