Wrongfully banned family member.
I have a serious issue at hand. I have a cousin and I’ve traded him some players he could use for HUT. He always sends me cards back for sets and for some reason you guys banned his account for “coin distribution”. I understand it’s an algorithm but I have spent a ton of money in this game. If I want to help my little cousin out how is that an issue? Should I stop spending money buying the game and the thousands I’ve poured in over the years? I need some help here, he’s at the point where he’s so discouraged that he doesn’t even want to play anymore. Can a mod please give me a hand? I’d like this corrected. Thank you.
